Most orders are delivered within 5 business days from placing your order.

If your lenses require thinning, this may take an additional 2–3 business days, as the lenses are custom-made and carefully quality checked. All orders are sent via fully tracked delivery.

Because all SpecHaus glasses (prescription, reading and blue-light) are custom-made, they are non-refundable unless faulty.

Yes — you can exchange your frame within 30 days.

Exchanges require:

- The original pair returned in unused condition

- A £10 reglazing fee (to cover new custom lenses)

- The customer to pay return postage

If the prescription or manufacturing is incorrect, we will remake your glasses for free.
