When you select your lenses, you'll choose a lens index. A higher index means thinner, lighter lenses — particularly noticeable if you have a stronger prescription.

We offer a range of index options to suit all prescriptions, all included in our upfront pricing with no hidden upgrades.

Most orders are delivered within 5 business days from placing your order.

If your lenses require thinning, this may take an additional 2–3 business days, as the lenses are custom-made and carefully quality checked. All orders are sent via fully tracked delivery.

Because all SpecHaus glasses (prescription, reading and blue-light) are custom-made, they are non-refundable unless faulty.

Yes — if your frames aren't quite right, we'll sort it.

If you'd like to exchange for a different frame, just get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the process. Glasses must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that because your lenses are custom-glazed to your prescription, exchanges are for frames only — the lenses from your original order cannot be reused if the new frame has a different lens shape.
