Once your glasses have been glazed, quality-checked, and carefully packed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.


Returns & Exchanges

All SpecHaus glasses — including prescription, reading, and blue-light — are custom-made, with lenses glazed specifically for your order.

Because custom lenses cannot be reused, our returns policy is designed to be fair for you and sustainable for us.

⭐ Custom-Made Glasses

(Prescription, Reading & Blue-Light)

Orders that include any form of glazing are non-refundable, unless:

  • The wrong prescription or lens type has been fitted

  • The glasses arrive damaged

  • There is a clear manufacturing fault

If this happens, we’ll remake or replace your glasses at no cost.


⭐ Exchanges (30 Days)

If the frame isn’t quite right once it arrives, you can exchange it within 30 days.

Because all glasses are custom-made with new lenses, exchanges require:

  • The original pair returned in unused condition

  • A £10 reglazing fee to cover the cost of new lenses

  • Return postage covered by the customer

This helps keep exchanges affordable while allowing us to offer premium glazing without hidden mark-ups.

How exchanges work:

  1. Return your original pair (customer covers return postage)

  2. Choose your new frame

  3. Pay the £10 reglazing fee

  4. We’ll custom-make and ship your new pair

Simple, transparent, and designed around real costs.


⭐ Non-Glazed Items (If Applicable)

If we offer products that do not require glazing (such as cases, cloths, or accessories), these can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

  • Whether you’d like an exchange or need help with an issue

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
